BECKY STEVENS Managing Director & Senior Health & Safety Consultant

Becky is an experienced, qualified health and safety professional with over 10 years experience. Becky has risk assessed everything from major events to further education colleges to cinema venues to offices over the past decade.

She is incredibly conscientious and makes sure every client gets the attention they need when dealing with the critical subject of health and safety. Becky started Hybred Consultancy in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, identifying that many businesses would need practical and accessible safety advice to return to work.
JO PRIOR Senior HR & Employment Law Consultant

Jo is highly motivated, friendly and driven with 14 years’ experience working in employment law and HR.

Able to communicate difficult and complex messages confidently and effectively, she has good judgment, discretion and listening skills, with a proven ability to take an unbiased view and inspire trust. She relates well to people and always manages relationships and expectations effectively.

A self-starter, organiser and leader with experience in politics, food and retail operations as well as HR, Jo has successfully developed and delivered a multitude of streamlined and efficient business wide operational structures with her expert knowledge of HR.
HELEN KIMMERLING Head of Projects
Helen is a creative and dynamic business professional, project leader and event specialist who has been part of Hybred Consultancy from the very beginning. For two decades, Helen has built her reputation delivering live events, including strategic planning, logistics and sustainable processes. With excellent business intelligence and analytical skills to plan, scope, launch and manage complex multi-venue experiences and a pragmatic sense for aesthetics, quality, safety and cost management, Helen gets things done collaboratively and with a smile on her face. She’s known for being a strong and transparent negotiator, embraces innovation and brings energy and ideas to every project, backed by a love for creativity.
CHRISTINA SHANNON Operations Manager
Diploma in Event Safety Management

Christina manages the team and your first call will probably be with her. She will talk you through the different packages and discuss how we can help. Since 2015 Christina has been working with health and safety teams on a number of projects, assisting with compiling risk assessments and helping clients implement the recommendations.
IAN MONEY Health & Safety Consultant
NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety

Ian spent 19 years as a Facilities Manager for a clinical care centre for communicable diseases and has extensive experience of how to ensure a clean and safe working environment where the number one priority is the health of vulnerable clients.

Ian has gone on to continue his health and safety career in various sectors including tree surgery, food safety and events.
JOSEPH CHARLTON Head of Events
With over 10 years of experience in hospitality, 6 years specifically in events. Joseph has been delivering complex event and client programmes including luxury incentives, large scale conferences, brand activations, exhibitions, award programmes and roadshows ranging from 50 people up to 4000 nationally and internationally.

A strong, confident, and strategic leader with the experience of creating high-performing cross-functional teams to deliver all aspects of projects whether that be sales, marketing, design, or delivery.

At the heart of everything Joseph does, he looks to exceed customers' expectations and create experiences that truly astound whilst always keeping the objectives in mind.
ADAM FELLOWS Event Manager
Adam is an experienced event professional with a number of years of experience in event operations and production management, including major festivals, world leading sporting events and conferences. He works alongside contractors, staff and local authorities to make sure the procedures and plans drawn up by health & safety consultants are implemented and followed.

Prior to working in events, Adam has more than a decade of experience in hospitality management, as well as a wide knowledge of the retail sector to draw upon. As well as working for Hybred, he is currently completing his NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety.
PETE STARLING Designer, Art Director, Creative
Pete is an experiential specialist, who has worked across advertising, events and film industries.

He has tried, tested & trusted experience with global brands like Google and Yakult, developed immersive environments for London Museums and is an award winning illustrator.

Pete is here to help develop concepts, visualise projects and deliver real world - high impact design, engaging artwork and show-stopping experiences for clients.
